Rates include: Electricity, Heat, A/C, Unlimited Local & Long Distance Phone Service in US & Canada, Satellite TV (Basic Service), Wireless  Internet Access

 

NOTE:

Peak Weeks: June 26 – September 3.

Off Peak Weeks: June 12 – June 25 and September 4 – September 24

Minimum Stays are 7 nights.

Reservations are:

      Check-In Saturday 2:00pm

      Check-Out Saturday 10:00am

Additional:

New Hampshire Meals and Rooms tax 9%

Security deposit $400.00. (refundable if no damage)

MasterCard / VISA / PayPal / Check: accepted

Full payment is due within one week from reservation approval.

Guests renting a cottage for the full season: 50% due one week from reservation approval and the remaining balance due by May 15^th.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Fee: $50.00 (applied to all confirmed reservations)

Payments will be refunded in full providing the week/s are rebooked

Camp involves some hazardous activities that are undertaken at the guests own risk.  Sunset Ranch Camp promotes safe practices and all guests must comply.  The rules promote respect for guests’ privacy, as well as camp and water safety.

 

· No smoking in any building.

· No glassware at the waterfront.

· Swimmers/boaters must pass the camp swim test before using any rafts or boats.  There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim/boat at your own risk.

· Boaters must wear flotation devices.

· Respect other cottages privacy.

· Quiet Time: 10PM – 8AM

· Visitors are permitted upon prior arrangements and registration with the manager.

· Park vehicles only in the parking area and boat trailers in their area.  It’s a short walk to the cottages.

· Our water supply is from a deep well at camp. Please, reasonably limit shower usage for that reason.

· Tie trash in the large black bags provided and place in the covered receptacles for pick up.  We don’t need critters causing trouble.

· Dispose of paper towels and feminine products in the trash not the toilets as such items can cause septic problems.

· Most breeds of dogs are permitted at the manager's discretion, upon completion of the pet application. Certain breeds are not allowed such as: German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs and Doberman Pinschers. Please pick up after your pets. Pets must be under control or on a leash. Sunset Ranch Camp is not responsible for safety of pets.

· No soap in the lake.

We are environmentally friendly and recycle.  Please use the “Recycle Bins” provided.
